Service Desk Agent (English plus French/ Spanish/ Italian/ German/ Dutch/Czech)

Our client who has a leader role in outsourcing services is seeking new members in its expanding team.

Tasks:

- Provide telephone service to customers
- Registering service request
- Carry out short surveys to record how customers rate the service
Requirements:

- Fluent English plus French / Spanish,/ Italian/ German/ Dutch language skills, verbal and written
- Experience in a telephone customer service position
- Excellent team spirit and resistance to stress
- A self-motivating and self-learning work approach
