Hi!
I am student of CEU University and have a special FLAT TO
SHARE in the middle of the city:)
It is in an old palace, very nice building and surroundings (the
Embassy area), the street is one of the most famous tourist roads of
the city. Andrássy street is known as the Champs Elysée of Budapest.
The flat is 100 sqm, it has 2 big bedrooms (2 * 25sqm), a large
kitchen, bathroom, and 2 toilets.
It is very quite, as the windows (and the balcony) give to a nice,
green court.
In the flat there is Internet access, washing machine, dish washer,
toaster, water boiler, well, all kinds of extras you need for a
student life:)
In the room there is a doublebed, an armchair, closets, bookshelves,
TV, desk...etc... The public transport is a "private metro", meaning
a very nice little underground (yellow metro line) , where you don't
have to deal with the usual mass of people, but you are in the center
in 4 minutes!
Corvinus University is 15 minutes from the house, ELTE university about 10 min and CEU merely 5.
Oktogon and the main ring of the city (with bars, restaurants, shops, cinemas) is 3 minutes away
(5 if you are walking:).
Supermarket and 24/7 shop are around the corner.
The city park, one of the nicest thermal bath, Hero's Square (biggest
museums), the Opera House, ice skating are only 5 minutes walk away.
So well, the location is very good i think.
The price would be 250 euros (including the price of the 24/7
security service) + the half of the utilities.
I am Dutch and consider myself to be an open-minded, easy going person. I have lived here for a year already and have always had problemless relations with my flatmates. Furthermore, I speak Dutch, French and descent Spanish.
