The last change in prices was seen on Wednesday (October 23) when petrol 95 got more expensive by gross 2 HUF leaving diesel’s where it was. The company has been making a decision about the prices twice a week since this February. As a result based on the actual standing of the stock exchange the company consider the price not only in the beginning of the week but also in the middle of it.

The price of petrol reached its peak last year in the beginning of April when the average price was around 451 HUF per litre while diesel was the most expensive in the middle of January 2012 on average costing 449 HUF.

Drivers may experience a difference ranging 15-25 HUF at the stations.
