On the 30th of October, InterContinental Budapest fires up the ovens and launches a unique, trend setting culinary event, which will be taking place in the kitchen of the Corso restaurant. Five star venue, five top Chefs, five different cuisines with amazing drink selection, splendid view and live music.

InterContinental Budapest throws a behind-the-scenes party in the kitchen of the Corso restaurant, where you can see the hidden secrets of how the most gorgeous dishes are prepared. Five amazing Chefs from five different European InterContinental Hotels (Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Rome, Warsaw and Budapest) will be presenting their skills and  signature dishes.

To top up the enjoyment, our guests can try the best selection of the Goran Vodka Master Bar or stop by at the VERITAS wine station.

To ensure that this night will be an unforgettable one, our DJ will bring alive the party mood in the kitchen, or if you prefer a smoother entertainment visit the restaurant area to spice up the evening with the fabulous view and live jazz music.

“L”apéro” -  Brioche made with taditional „Frankfurter gruener Sosse” ( green herb sauce )

Amsterdam
• Quinoa salad, sweet and sour cucumber, smoked salmon, granny smith, creme fraiche and cresses
• Crispy sweetbreads, mango chutney, spicy peanut, papaya and cilantro

Budapest
• Grilled gooseliver escalope with pumpkin strudel and fig sauce
• Roasted Grey beef on potato snow, accompanied with Egri Bikavér sauce and topped with Hungarian truffles

Roma
• Cream of tomato with burrata from Andria
• Fillet of sea bream with spring onions, olives tagiasche and crispy spinach

Warsaw
• Red beets carpaccio, goat cheese mousse and caramelized nuts
• Piglet cheeks in heather honey, roasted buckwheat, sauerkraut stew with pear

Frankfurt
• Apricot – cream tart in linzer crust, with thyme glace and vanilla topping
• „Kriftler” Apple cream in Joconde Biscuit, with caramelized pears and cinnamon sabayone
