OTP Branches Offer E-Signatures
OTP bank is launching a new service to accept e-signatures on special pads offered in its branches; it is hoped that this will reduce administration, business development director of OTP Bence Kisfalvi said.

Branch clerks no longer need to use printers and one signature will be enough for a transaction, he added.

On the first occasion clients will need to offer 10 signatures to secure the software’s signature recognition, Kisfalvi pointed out.

Furthermore, OTP will also install ATMs accepting cash deposits, Kisfalvi highlighted.

Initially 60 ATMs will offer this feature and an additional 140 will be introduced by the end of the year.

Deposit-accepting ATMs are already available at some banks in Hungary, personal business news website Pénzcentrum adds.
