No Air Quality Monitors In Budapest
The 12 air pollution monitoring stations in Budapest have been unable to provide data since August 18, the environmental NGO Levegõ Munkacsoport warned on its website.

The NGO found it unacceptable that no air pollution data has been available for 25 days.

There have been cases in the past when some of the monitoring stations malfunctioned, but not all at the same time, the NGO underlined.

No information was given on the reason for the failure nor the possible date of restoration of services, Levegõ Munkacsoport added.
