Bomb Closes Budapest Streets
Traffic restrictions will be imposed in Budapest’s First, Fifth and 11th Districts from 8 a.m. on Thursday, when bomb disposal experts will work on raising a World War II bomb found in the Danube bed, Budapest police confirmed on Wednesday.

Ship traffic will be restricted from 4 a.m. possibly until 10 a.m.

From 10 a.m. a shipping closure will be ordered from the Chain Bridge as far as Sörház utca.

Local residences will be evacuated in the First District near the Danube.
