Central Bank Of Hungary Creates Money Museum
The MNB is creating a museum of the history of money and banking in the Posta Palace, the historic building it acquired on Széll Kálmán tér in Buda, the central bank announced.

The building designed by architect Gyula Sándy was erected in 1924.

After the reconstruction and modernisation of the former Magyar Posta headquarters, the museum will open in 2020.

The Pénzmúzeum website has already been launched, with images of the new building and its interior.
