Fridays World Bartender Championship includes 10,000 bartenders from around the world.
The competition not only about flair bartending, but also a written test, a speed test, as well as a test on pour accuracy and "garnish specs."
The winner takes home the title of World's Greatest Bartender, a $10,000 check, and an original human sized wooden airplane propeller. There's one hanging behind every TGI Fridays bar. Propeller symbolize that the engine of every Fridays restaurants is the bar that take the restaurant forward.
