Many More Work Permits For Foreigners In Hungary
Authorities issued 49,699 work permits to foreigners from January 1 to the end of August, more than half of them to Ukrainians, Privátbankár reports.

The total reached 60,931 last year, up from 24,539 in 2017.

Based on the present trend, the total may reach 75,000 this year, Privátbankár estimates.

Authorities granted 29,378 work permits to Ukrainians. Of the remainder, 4,009 were issued to Serbians, 2,261 to Vietnamese citizens, 1,938 to Chinese persons, and 1,526 to Indian nationals.
