Staying under the iconic stained glass cupola and the stunning crystal chandelier makes it the perfect venue for a Sunday afternoon meal, where guests can experience the culinary delights, artfully presented by the Gastronomy Team.

The new themed Gin & Jazz Sunday Brunch offers special welcome cocktails based on gin, surprising our guests with ever-changing themes, week by week.

This unique culinary experience includes a wide range of specially crafted dishes such as the goose liver mousse with dry fruit chutney, farm chicken breast ‘Picata’, or the roasted prime rib of beef with oven baked baby potato from our dedicated carving station.

One of the best part of our Sunday Brunch, that is definitely not something to be missed is: the dessert corner, where our ‘Patisserie of the Year’ award winner, Chef István Mázás introduces his famous cake selection including many of his signature masterpieces, such us the iconic Royal Chocolate Cake.

An amazingly presented gin corner is also awaiting our guests, showcasing our crafted specialties. Gin used to be produced only in UK and only from juniper berry; nowadays it is being produced in subtly different ways, using a wide range of herbal ingredients, a considerable number of distinctive styles and brands. Our Brunch proudly introduces the unique Agárdi Hungarian Dry Gin.

Music serves as a crucial part of the experience, creating a refined ambience. Acoustic music will be performed by our resident The Gentlemen Band (including a singer, pianist, double bass and drums), playing vibrant and refreshing live jazz tunes.

The Ritz-Carlton experience will be fun for our youngest Guests too, as they can enjoy various children’s activities and games in the Kids’ Corner with the help of our animators.

Basic package: 10 500 HUF / person, including a welcome drink, unlimited soft drinks, tea and coffee.
Extended package: 13 500 HUF/person including all above and unlimited house wine, sparkling wine and beer.
