Hungarian Film 'Comrade Drakulics' Wins Top Prize In Brazil
Director Márk Bodzsár’s vampire-retro-spy-comedy Drakulics elvtárs (“Comrade Drakulics”) has won the top prize at the Fantaspoa international film festival in Porto Alegre.

A total of 49 films had entered the contest and a professional jury panel of Brazilian cinematographers decided on the prizes.

With a view to the pandemic, the popular film festival was held online this year.

The film featuring a vampire that visited Hungary in the 1970s and secret service agents tracking him was one of the most watched movies in Hungarian cinemas in 2019.
