The Netherlands-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce (Dutcham), with the professional support of CBRE Hungary & ING Bank N.V. Hungary Branch, is set to organize a webinar entitled "Is it worth investing in real estate these times?" on February 3.

The webinar, held via ZOOM, is part of an event series by the chamber looking to provide valuable macroeconomic insights on a quarterly basis for Hungary.

The event held on February 3 will be about the 2021 macroeconomic outlook focusing on the road to recovery while dedicating special attention to investment opportunities on the commercial real estate market.

The topics discussed will include economic recovery, main externalities that could affect the local outlook, as well as COVID's impact on real estate investment and office occupational markets, among others.

The event will begin at 11 a.m., with opening remarks by CBRE Hungary managing director and Dutcham chairman Lóránt Varga Kibédi. After the remarks, two presentations will be held: one by ING Bank N.V. Hungary Branch senior economist Péter Virovácz, and another one by CBRE Hungary head of business and research & development Gábor Borbély.

The audience will have the opportunity to ask questions via a chatbox Q&A after the presentations. The closing remarks will be delivered by ING Bank N.V. Hungary Branch CEO and Dutcham board member Tibor Bodor.
