Hotel Industry In Hungary Expecting Revival Over Summer
With the gradual lifting of restrictions, the hotel industry in Hungary is expected to revive in the summer months, with demand for rural accommodation returning for the first time, according to the latest industry analysis by the auditing and consulting company BDO Hungary, writes novekedes.hu.

An important condition for the expected resurgence of the hotel industry by the beginning of the summer is that both virus treatment and vaccination programs and the relaunch of the aviation and hotel industry be coordinated at a European level.

Demand for rural accommodation may be first to return, as restrictions on foreign travel are expected to be lifted more slowly.

Even optimistic scenarios do not see a start to a significant resumption in Budapest before the early summer.
