Mandala Day Spa is offering a long-term position for an ambitious operations manager to oversee all spa operations. The spa manager would play a very important role in the day to day operations of the spa.
The spa manager will be trained by the top management. The target is that he/she should become able to oversee the full operation of the spa and motivate the entire team by creating a culture of care and service excellence among employees. It is vital that he/she is able to develop and implement spa operational goals, policies and procedures, short and long-term strategic planning.
The responsibilities include - among others- delegating and supporting tasks of the entire staff, addressing queries and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, policies, ensure luxury spa standards are kept by guests and employees, manage reservation and payroll, coordinate with suppliers, opening and closing, supervising maintenance, cleanliness, repair works of the facility, creating budget reports, developing marketing campaigns, operation strategies along with other colleagues on all departments (beauty, event, treatments).
If you have excellent organizational and team management skills and experience in the five star hotel, cruise or wellness industry, we’d like to meet you. Fluent English and excellent computer skills are a must.
