Scope of Work:

• Google Ads account audit
• Strategic roadmap development and recommendations
• Optional implementation support

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute Google Ads strategies aligned with FirstMed’s marketing objectives, including keyword selection, ad creation, and audience targeting.

• Setup & Management: Launch and optimize campaigns, manage budgets effectively, and structure ad groups and formats for maximum performance.

• Performance Optimization: Track metrics, conduct A/B tests, and refine campaigns to drive better results.

• Reporting & Insights: Provide clear performance reports and collaborate closely with internal teams.

• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with Google Ads developments, digital marketing trends, and best practices.

Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrated expertise and results in Google Ads

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

• Creative approach balanced with data-driven decisions

• Solid project-management skills and self-organization

Preference: Candidates in Budapest or Rome preferred, but remote EU-based consultants are encouraged to apply.

Rate: €50–€75/hour (depending on experience)
