Whisky & Fine Spirits Show, InterContinental hotel Budapest, 17 - 18 October
- 28 Aug 2025 2:29 PM
A whisky lover’s dream:
This year’s lineup reads like a who’s who of the whisky world. Whether you prefer smooth Irish drams, bold Kentucky bourbons, maritime Scottish single malts, or delicate Japanese blends, you’ll find plenty to explore.
Among the must-try brands:
-
Teeling – Irish whiskey with innovative cask finishes and vibrant flavours.
-
Michter’s – premium Kentucky bourbon, known for its rich, layered profile.
-
Arran – single malts from the Isle of Arran, balancing freshness with depth.
-
Nikka – Japanese craftsmanship at its finest, from gentle blends to peaty surprises.
Beyond these, dozens more distilleries will be attend with expressions you rarely find in stores — making the Whisky Show a unique opportunity to taste, compare, and discover.

Beyond Whisky - Fine Spirits Worth Discovering:
The Whisky Show isn’t just for whisky drinkers - the premium spirits section is an adventure in itself:
-
Bobby’s Gin – a distinctive Dutch-Indonesian gin that blends spices and botanicals in a uniquely aromatic way. At the show, Bobby’s will team up with local bar called PPC, serving creative cocktails with their signature cheerful style.
-
Maison Ferrand – the house behind one of the world’s most awarded rum collections, but that’s just the start. Their stand will showcase a wide range of spirits, from cognac to gin and spiced rum, alongside their celebrated traditional rums.
-
Drumshanbo – an Irish craft distillery producing award-winning gin and a growing range of unique whiskeys, all crafted with attention to detail and a touch of experimentation.
Masterclasses - Rare Drams, Exclusive Stories, Limited Seats:
For those who want to go deeper, the Masterclass sessions offers guided tastings led by brand ambassadors and industry experts. Expect rare releases, behind-the-scenes insights, and — in some cases — the first chance in Hungary to try certain bottles. This year’s programme includes whisky deep dives, gin explorations, and a special Planteray Navy Rum session with the brand’s Hungarian brand ambassador, Csiszer Levente.

Seats are limited and often sell out in advance — booking early is essential.
