"Hungary's listed real estate development company Graphisoft Park has won a tender invited by the Budapest Municipality on a 7-hectare (17.3-acre) plot adjacent to the company's office complex. Graphisoft Park is to build a university of informatics on the HUF 2.48 billion (EUR 9.82 m) plot and it seems that due to the size of the investment shareholders will need say goodbye to dividend for a few years. more »
