The entire square outside Budapest V. Gerlóczy u. 1 was transformed into a Mediterranean Market for the day, with stalls selling quality international cheese, salami, vegetables, herbs, soaps, Neroli perfume deluxe, bags, gifts and more.

Fresh oysters, champaign and fine wine from the Konyári Cellar was appreciated by all those who had the luxury of a taste.

For entertainment there was French style music all day, and a kid's corner for younger guests. Plus street dance from the caffeine project, Transit Tango, and Slavic folk dance from the Dilber company.

The many faces of the Hungarian PM as he speaks to a gathering of foreign media in Budapest, Hungary, on Wednesday 7 May 2008.

Ronald Alexander Mollinger, the Dutch Ambassador in Budapest, welcomed 100's of guests, including many fellow ambassadors, to his residence in the Buda Hills to celebrate the official birthday of Queen Beatrix of The Netherlands.

In his speech he highlighted that last year Holland was the largest foreign investor in Hungary, he praised the work of his colleagues at The Royal Netherlands Embassy in Hungary, and congratulated Hungary on many things including the appointment of their new football coach, a Dutchman.

A good croud of Xpat Wine Lovers gathered to taste wines from: Légli Géza, Rókusfalbi Pál, Ráspi, Köpcös, Szászi Endre, Bock József, Dobogó Pincészet. Plus a special Zwack 'Maximilian' tasting went down well, and guests ended the event happy.

40 or so regular and new 'Xpat Wine Lovers' came together to taste the wine selection presented by Izabella and her friendly team.

Ocean Bar & Grill proved to be a great venue for the April fools fun, the finger food was no joke, as it perfectly complimented the five wines. Plus around 10 guests stayed on for a special seafood dinner, with more fine wine and good company.
