"Our program revitalizes the 15th Century to reawaken what we call The Big Feast of King Matthew. We integrate four original meals found in renaissance sources in the Munich National Archives into our menu proposals.Of no less than 9 different meats seasoned with old and almost forgotten herbs and spices are the abundant menu courses made, served on festively and lavishly decorated tables with much blossoms and fruits as renaissance habits would claim.
The festive evening with an abundant dinner in the centre of interest takes approx. four hours, arranged upon request also as a party of a closed society."
