"Construction work has begun for a 20,000-square-metre (4.94-acre) business park in Táblás street in Budapest's 9th district, with completion of the first phase of the project expected in autumn 2007, DTZ and Eston International have announced.InNove Business Park will comprise warehouses and office space. It is located at the intersection of Táblás and Illatos streets, a mere 300 metres away from access to the M5 motorway and in an area easily accessible by public transport.
On a site totaling 38,000 sqm, the 20,000 sqm of warehouses and office space will be completed in two phases according to initial plans. The first phase will consist of 8,000 sqm of warehouse & office space, with the second phase timing dependent upon initial success.
The building will be suitable for light manufacturing industries, wholesale trade, storage, showroom and offices.
The exclusive letting agents of the business park are DTZ and Eston International."
