"Everybody wishing to taste the best Hungarian wines, to study about Hungarian Wine Regions and wine makers as well as the secrets of consuming and enjoying wine… is welcome to join us for a cheerful wine tasting.The tastings take place once a month at the 1894 Food & Wine Cellar in the City Park, each time from 5.30 p.m. The thematic wine tastings are presented by the Gundel’s sommelier and will be accompanied by fingerfood. Please note that the wine tastings can be held with min. 8, max. 18 persons. The events are not interconnected.
This time we will present Eger Region on Tuesday 27th November at 1894 Food&Wine Cellar
Our sommelier will introduce the best wines and winemakers and wineries such as Tamás Sike, István Tóth, St. Andrea Winery and Thummerer Winery as well as he will introduce the different wine types of the region.
The price of the tasting is 6.500 HUF (including the wines, the fingerfood, the presentation, the course notes and the service charge). After the third participation in our club, guest may become a regular guest of the restaurant.
