"At now slightly over ½ way in the Gold’s Gym Budapest Body Revoution program the participants are set in their fitness routines and making great progress. Prizes for the overall winners include gym memberships, a flat screen TV and tailor made clothing for the new physique!
„Only yesterday evening on the gym floor I was chatting to a 57 year old lady, who has lost 8 kilos and 15 centimetres from her waistline in the past six weeks and is now encouraging her three grown up daughters to join Gold’s; and one larger than life character „Viktor” who has reduced his weight by over 20 kilos – for a member of a rock band that’s got to be a tough task!” Says Simon Saunders, General Manager for the Mammut II club.
Participants in the program are regular members with a 12 week mission to Change Your Body. Change Your Life. Results of this „contest” are not judge on weight loss or physical appearance alone but also opon other indicators of overall physical adaptation to exercise as well as a final short essay explaining how exercise has changed member’s day to day lives.
