'Red Riding Hood and the Wolves', Festival Theater, 13 December

'Red Riding Hood and the Wolves', Festival Theater, 13 December
"A well known tale in a unique performance. The wandering Magic Forest on stilts conceals on his person an eccentric grandmother and seven prowling wolves, who are not at all evil. They are dancers, singers, jugglers, acrobats and musicians who do everything to captivate Red Riding Hood.

The Hunter is a weird one though: although he has angel wings, he malevolently guns down the well intentioned wolves.
The forest is like the secretly awakening nature hidden in the deep soul of the girl. It embodies everything which is dark, foreboding, secret or secretive, hidden, unknown, unconscious.

It is frequently frightening, and yet despite this scarily attractive. Little Red Riding Hood, like all girls, must pass through the Magic Wood. When she enters, she is still a young girl. When she comes out the other side, she is a young woman."
