(AMEX:HTC) today announced that it has been selected to be added to the Russell 3000® Index following the reconstitution of the broad-market index on June 30, 2003. "Index membership will go into effect July 1, 2003 and will remain in place for one year. Membership in the Russell 3000 means automatic inclusion in the small-cap Russell 2000® Index.
