Real estate developer Ablon Kft plans to build two stripmalls next to the Auchan shopping centers in Dist. 20 and in Dunakeszi for Euro 44 million, Ablon announced. Construction work will start this summer and the stripmalls will sell books, DVDs, CDs and apartment decoration articles that are currently not available in Auchan stores. The Dist. 20 development will be on a four-hectare site covering 12,000 sqm, while the Dunakeszi mall will be on a six-hectare site covering 20,000 sqm. Ablon has already constructed 80,000 sqm worth of office buildings in Budapest. (NG 18; MH 12) M.K.
