Will OMV sell its MOL stake due to the Petrom deal?

Romania’s Economy Ministry announced last Friday it would be Austria’s OMV that would start exclusive talks in the privatisation of national fuels firm Petrom. The decision may have an effect on MOL as well. Should OMV be unable to finance the transaction from loans, it may be forced to part with its MOL stake.
