Gov’t to press on with drug-price freeze |
The Ministry of Health, Social and Family Affairs is determined to push through its plan to introduce state-regulated prices for pharmaceutical products, in spite of Tuesday’s Constitution Court ruling that April’s drug price freeze at 85% of the earlier price level was unconstitutional, sources close to the government told Népszava.
