Race characteristics:
- relay run: competition of teams of 3 where runners run in relay one after the other (The 1st runner runs 2 rounds, the 2nd and 3rd run 1-1 round respectively (1 round = 2,5km). At least 2 of the 3 entrees must be the employees of the same company.
- Fun Run: individual runners’ race of 5,2km in 2 rounds (1,5 km + 3,7 km)
- Fun Run: individual runners’ race of 1,5 km in 1 round
- afterparty: under the giant tent assembled on the spot, from 15-20 hours (party drink: Rauch Nativa)

- Fun Run: 15.30
Fun Run can also be finished after the first round (1,5 km)!

Relay:
Runners alternate after each lap in the appropriate zone assigned at the starting line according to their start numbers. At each alternation, the chip attached to your ankle must be given to the next runner.
Time measurement:
• Calculating time is handled by using electrical chips both at individual and relay teams.
• The amount of deposit for the chip is 1000 Ft's (5 euro) that is to be paid at taking the starting number and the chip itself.
• The chip can be re-exchanged after the race in the tents of the race centre until 18.00h.
• You can only participate in the race with ChampionChip!
• Each team will receive their chips on a Velcro-ribbon; this must be handed over at each relay point during the race. The team whose member is not using the chip properly will be fined by 10 minutes.
• If you intend to use your own chip, please notify us of this – presenting your chip and the number of it - when you are given your starting number.
• In case of usage of own chip we provide a 500 Ft discount from the entry fee.
Application through the internet
By filling in the application form on our website until 13th September
Application personally
- in person in the BSI office on working days from 9.00 to 17.00h
- at our races at the information
- on the spot on 15th September in the race centre from 13.30 the latest until one hour before the given race
If the application is not done personally, the application form must be sent to BSI according to the deadline of the postal application.
In case of pre-application the application fee can be paid by bankcard (VISA, Maestro, MasterCard) in the BSI or in case of embossed cards we accept authorisation given on the application form.
Starting-number
Obtaining the starting number is possible:
- personally in BSI office (1138 Budapest, Váci út 152) from 10th to 13th September
- on 15th from 13.30 h in the race centre
- the chip deposit fee is to be paid on taking the starting number. Redemption happens after the race in the race centre until 18.00h
Result list:
The result list of the relay race will be available on our website from the evening of the 15th.
Rewards:
- 1-3. positions for individual men's and women's races
- 1-3. absolute positions for men's and women's relay teams
- mixed teams will be judged among the men's teams
There will be a separate announcement of results in the above categories (for those teams who specify their category on their entry sheet), if at least 5 teams in a category finish the race. The race is also a Media relay championship.

Every participant takes place in the drawings after the announcement of results, where the sponsors’ presents will be drawn.

Other:
- Any runners or participants using a wheelchair may enter the race, if they follow the published rules of the race.
- The following conditions result in exclusion from the race: if the starting number is folded, covered or not worn over the chest during the race; not completing the race distance as determined by the organizers; providing invalid/partial information on the entry sheet.
- It is forbidden to race with roller skates, bicycles, a cycling companion, without a starting number, or with a dog!
- We do not provide safekeeping of valuables during the race.
- Any commercial activity on the site of the race may only be done with the advance permission of, and in the form permitted by the BSI
- BSI reserves the right to limit the number of participants and terminate the applications.
- BSI reserves the right to modify the route and the times of the course."
