Budapest Airport Operating Despite Malév's Collapse

Passengers entitled to rerouting
Under the provisions of a government decree coming into force on 31 January 2012, those passengers who purchased a valid air ticket prior to the closure of Malév, and whose air ticket for a Malév flight gave them the right to travel on the day of closure or within three calendar days following this, are entitled to assistance.
Furthermore, this entitlement extends to those who travelled to their destination on the day of closure of Malév or prior to this and who hold a valid air ticket for the return flight on a Malév flight for a date not later than 29 February 2012. Please forward your claim to malev@malev.com.
