Flu Epidemic Proving Costly For Hospitals |
"Budapest hospitals need tens of millions of forints in subsidies to cover costs of the current flu epidemic and the recent increase in emergency wards patients due to the adverse weather conditions in early January,” Budapest city council health committee chairwoman Andrea Szolnoki said.On Szolnoki’s proposal the committee yesterday asked Budapest mayor Gábor Demszky to make an appeal for more funds to the health insurance fund director general and Health Minister Ágnes Horváth."
