 "The fans of the Győr Ballet have never before welcomed such a world star on stage as now. The great star in the cinematic firmament, Charles Chaplin, now comes to entertain. Only the best for our guests! The company's production Keep smiling – hommage à Chaplin to tell the story of his life in its own traditional dance theatre form.And it does so with the barely concealed intention of addressing as wide an audience as possible. The two choreographers, Ben van Cauwenbergh and Dmitri Simkin are cast-iron guarantees for a quality production.
Chaplin will live on for ever, as long as there are people on the earth. We hope the older generation who know him will come along. And the youngsters for whom Chaplin should be part of their education.
