IKEA Boosts Revenues 16% yr/y In FY2007

"The Hungarian arm of IKEA, one of the world's top furniture sellers, has reported HUF 38.6 billion revenues for its financial year ending 31 December, which is a 16% increase from FY2006.



IKEA Lakberendezési Kft. had 4.7 million customers in the period examined its two Hungarian stores, a 8% increase in annual terms.

The two IKEA restaurants upped their sales by 14%, serving 1.9 million customers in FY2007.

The company plans to boost revenues by 8% yr/yr in FY2008."
