Italian Luxury-Furniture Maker Arte Brotto To Expand In Hungary |
"Italy's luxury-furniture maker Arte Brotto is set to expand its production base in Hungary, business daily Napi Gazdaság reported on Monday.Arte Brotto will transfer treatment of inlaid furniture surfaces to Lumber-fa Kft, a facility operating in Kerta (Veszprém County, western Hungary). The paper also said that major technological developments are also to be carried out there. The Hungarian unit of Arte Brotto has a 58-strong staff currently, which is likely to be expanded upon the completion of the upgrades, the paper added.
Arte Brotto has recently bought a wood mill in Kerta, daily Világgazdaság noted. The Italian luxury-furniture company processed more than 13,000 cubic meters of raw material last year, it added."
