Managers Unhappy With Bankruptcy Law |
"Of the 200 company managers questioned in Hungary, 63% are dissatisfied with the present bankruptcy law, loan insurer Atradius found in a survey. The main complaint was that nearly all bankruptcy protection ends in liquidation, and managers want stricter rules and increased efficiency from the law.The number of companies set up with fraudulent intentions is rising, particularly in the food and IT industries, the survey found. The bankruptcy law is not suitable for combating fraudulent firms, as liquidating a company has no consequences for its owners or managers, the study revealed."
