"Global real estate consultant Cushman & Wakefield has successfully advised in the lease agreement of Nestlé Hungária Ltd for 3,890 sqm offices in Millennium Tower II, developed by TriGránit.The landlord was represented by CB Richard Ellis international property adviser. Cushman & Wakefield is mandated with the project management of the new Nestlé offices. The tenant will move into the new office in April 2009.
