"We hereby have the honor of inviting you to the first B2B Budapest Networking Fair organized by the Netherlands-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce. The Fair will be held at the Hilton Budapest WestEnd on Monday the 26th of May 2008.The B2B Budapest Networking Fair will give you the perfect opportunity to meet potential business partners and clients. For those foreign companies who are considering entering the Hungarian market the Fair offers the possibility to get acquainted with Hungarian business life.
Companies can choose from three offers concerning stands at the Fair, offering the most optimal representation solution. Please find the details attached. Entrance for visitors of the Fair is free of charge.
After the B2B Budapest Networking Fair, which will last from 14:00 – 18:00, there will be a Networking Party held at the terrace of the Hilton Budapest WestEnd from 18:00 – 20:00 including catering. Participation in the Networking Party is free of charge for those who have a stand at the Fair and for members of the Netherlands-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce. For non-members the entrance fee is 10,000 HUF including VAT.
