"The communications authority (NHH) recorded 38 complaints for every 1,000 mobile subscribers last year, a report on the sector shows. “NHH will release information pertaining to quality criteria on Hungary’s mobile, landline and cable television market in the future to help consumers,” NHH head Daniel Pataki said.Hungary’s number two mobile carrier Pannon received the most complaints, averaging 82 for every 1,000 subscribers, but was fined the least of the three companies. Among cable television companies, UPC had 52.8 complaints per thousand subscribers.
The report showed that it took 23 hours for cable providers to respond to complaints. The same figure for mobile carriers was ten hours on average, although Vodafone’s response time was 27 hours."
