"Chef Giuseppe Mosti, from Toscana, pieced the new menu together in the name of Spring. It does not only contain fish dishes, but you can also find meat specialities like guinea-fowl baked a la minute with fresh spices, or for devotees of traditional flavors we offer a medium double beef tenderloin.In our new selection you can find specialities like the barramundi, which is an Australian freshwater fish (hardly known in Hungary), or the Pan-Fried Red Mullet Fillet with Celery Root Remoulade, Sardinian Bottarga and Citrus Verbena Aromatized Oil. For the real "seafood lovers" the frutti di mare linguine is an unforgettable choice!
As a closure of your meal do not miss the Mixed Nut Semifreddo (mousse) with Passion Fruit Sauce.
Our winelist will also renew in May. Fresh and comely wines from new wine-growers will make our selection even more colorful, and of course we do not forget about the fans of the full bodied red wines. Our guests can choose from more than 80 items.
