"A few months after handover, BSR Center has exceeded 50% occupancy with Blue Business Interior Kft. signing a lease agreement for 400 square metres, DTZ has announced on Monday. Further tenants of the building are AXA Magyarország, Raiffeisen Bank Zrt. and a company working in the financial industry. DTZ and GVA are joint exclusive letting agents of the building.“Blue Business Interior Kft., as a specialist of office spaces, has searched for a new headquarters with an exclusive office space that can be shaped to inspire colleagues and is also comestible for clients. After a rigorous search the company has chosen the office with a terrace in BSR Center, where they can materialize their office with unique interior decoration design based on Inspiration Office methodology and over ten years of professional experience. GVA represented the landlord in the course of the negotiations," DTZ said in a press release.
The subsidiaries of AXA Magyarország (AXA Biztosító Zrt., AXA Pénztárszolgáltató Zrt., AXA Nyugdíjpénztár, AXA Egészségpénztár, Prémium Nyugdíjpénztár, ELLA Bank Zrt. and ELLA Kft.), which rents a total of 8,200 sqm will move in soon with the assistance of DTZ.
A company working in the financial industry will move in a few months, occupying 3,215 sqm of office space and more than 400 sqm on the ground floor for a customer service office. According to the lease agreement, the rental period is 5 years and the company also leases 40 parking places.
The offices of the firm's management and a new training center will be accommodated on the top floors of Tower "A".
DTZ represented the landlord in both transactions.
The building has received the occupancy permit and is in the final negotiation stages with more companies including a fitness-wellness operator amongst them."
