"Not later than five months after the conclusion of the lease agreement and the launch of the construction works of the office complex, the headquarters of Philip Morris Hungary were able to move into their new office of 3000m2 located in East Gate Business Park, which is the first logistic and business park in the region.WING Zrt. is the only property development company in the Hungarian market to also offer a whole range of other property services (such as development, design, facility management) through its subsidiaries. The complex designed by Wing Design Zrt. and developed by Market Zrt. is a spectacular building of high quality, now housing a team of 140 people of the company playing a decisive role in the tobacco sector. It was a further advantage that EGBP won the tender announced for the national logistics centre of Philip Morris. The built-to-suit Philip Morris warehouse of 7000 m2, will be handed over in July 2008.
A service centre will soon be opened in the Park to serve the increasing number of employees with restaurants, buffets, fitness and ATM services among others. Through the construction of the Philip Morris offices and the GE complex, which fulfils office-technology functions with a similarly unique design and is currently under construction, the East Gate Business Park has again taken a significant step towards creating a well-functioning business park model.
