NetPiac, established in 1999, has one of the longest history in domestic online retail, is the first online film store in Hungary and one of the most well-known brand names in e-commerce.
NetPiac acquisition is in line with RTL's group strategy to increase the share of revenues other than spot sales. Due to the acquisition Klub Publishing Kft., one of the top 5 DVD publishers and distributors in Hungary, expands its distribution channels by a B2C online store.
