S&P Cuts Hungarian Telephone And Cable Rating
"tandard & Poor's Ratings Services said today it lowered its long-term corporate credit rating on Hungary-based fixed-line telecommunications operator Hungarian Telephone and Cable Corp. (HTCC) to 'B' from 'B+'. The outlook is negative."
