Now Showing In Budapest: 'Saw IV'
"Agent Strahm and Agent Perez arrive at the depleted police precinct and help veteran Detective Hoffman sift through Jigsaw's latest grisly game of victims and piece together the puzzle. But the SWAT Commander Rigg is suddenly abducted and thrust into a series of interconnected traps that he must solve or face the deadly consequences.

Movie type: Horror Thriller Mystery - Like the rest of the films in the series, this is a very bloody horror/mystery with a twist ending. Young adult males are the target audience, and all the many fans of this long-running series.

Director: Darren Lynn Bousman

Script: Marcus Dunstan, Patrick Melton

Starring: Tobin Bell (Jigsaw), Lyriq Bent (Rigg), Costas Mandylor (Hoffman)

Length: 1 hr. 35 min.

Reviews:

”Below Average Saw IV will likely sate the appetite of long-term, hardcore fans of the franchise, but it offers nothing to anyone who does not fall into that category. The movie's dense plotting and frequent flashbacks demand familiarity with the previous installments to make any sort of sense, and even then there are some sizable gaps.” Berardinelli, Internet Critic

”Average The trouble is that if you haven't seen the other entries in the cycle, or don't have all the characters committed to memory, you'll have trouble figuring out who anybody is or, in the end, what any of it is supposed to mean.” TV Guide Online
