Say Good-by To The Summer While Running on 8 September

Say Good-by To The Summer While Running on 8 September
"It is not an everyday thing to run on the fantastically lit streets of Budapest; there are several thousand cars on the streets even at night and the runners do not often get the chance to jog along the Chain Bridge, through the Tunnel or on the quay of the Danube.

On 8 September, however, it is different: this is when the 12th K&H Olympic Night Run is organized where all these can happen!

Everybody who wishes to be part of a special sports event should try the night run with a unique atmosphere! Even the start is not every day! The participants gather in the vicinity of the Chain Bridge to warm up to the music of wind instruments and then start at the last bang the fireworks saying good bye to the summer of 2007 running the 6,5 kilometer distance twisting through the most beautiful parts of Budapest.

During running the participants can enjoy the sights like the Buda Castle or the evening lights glittering on the waves of the Danube. These circumstances give the real appeal of the night run and thus runners step to the autumn with a joint night run and say a good-bye to the summer."
