Budapest’s Nyugati train station will close from next Monday, June 22 until midnight July 5 for maintenance and renovation works. The Ft 290 million renovation project is meant to considerably improve the standards of services offered by the station as well as that of the train transport. Some 60,000-70,000 passengers pass through the station every day.
