Referring to the relevant Government Decree No. 484/2020. (XI. 10.), only persons protected against COVID-19 and minors under the age of 18 accompanied by them are allowed to enter the museum’s exhibitions.

Mád is the start and end point of the “footsteps of the wonder rabbis” pilgrimage route. The 150 km long route touches 10 towns and villages as it winds its way through the Jewish memorial sites and the architectural heritage of the Tokaj-Hegyalja region.

If you are a UK national who was living in Hungary before 1 January 2021, the UK-EU Withdrawal Agreement protects your rights. This means that you are free to continue life in Hungary following the end of the UK-EU transition period. You will need to take some action to keep all your rights and access to services, however.
