Professor Wrzesniewski researches happiness in the workplace, positive organizational psychology, and the meaning of work - and to explore the subject, she has interviewed and studied people from a wide range of occupations.

Her studies cover phenomena that can be generalized from cleaners and cadets to CEOs alike. Her work allows workers and managers to explore the factors behind their well-being in the workplace, and to improve it, providing a more productive and positive work experience for all.
