Yin Yoga – Closer To Yourself
Yin yoga is a gentle, calm, highly relaxing art of yoga.

We mostly use postures close to the ground, either sitting or laying. The postures are usually held for 3 minutes or even longer. Flexibility or prior experience is not required for these classes, as we take the postures by observing and respecting the boundaries of your body. By doing so, yin yoga practice supports also self-acceptance.

In the meantime, not only the body but also the soul is getting relaxed and nourished.

We can start to listen inside and hear our own voice during the practice. Yin yoga is a great means of getting closer to ourselves within our fast-paced, achievement-oriented lifestyles.

Yin yoga works with the meridian system of the body. The practice cleans and activates these energy channels, supporting the self-healing processes of the body. Yin yoga practice improves physical and also mental well-being.

I also offer breathing exercises and meditations that further support the process of listening inside and nourishing the soul during the practices.
