Lazy Movement Lab
The series is aimed at amateur people who would like to learn to use their bodies in a healthy way and take care of it through regular movement. The objective is to get comfortable in and with our bodies and see how it can move, explore, and improve.

Sessions will be about both strength and fitness, and flexibility and mobility. The basics of yoga, contemporary and contact dance, and improvisation will be used to experiment with our bodies.

But since it is a tiny, intimate space and a group limit of ten people, the class content adjusted to the level of the group. The lab is also very open to your wishes, preferences, suggestions.

What to bring?

Make sure to wear comfortable clothes for the session, it is important to feel at ease in whatever you have on. There is a changing room and bathrooms available. Please bring some water with you and don’t forget your hair tie. Feel free to bring along your yoga mat if you prefer that to the floor.

This is a free event, but please book your tickets because the space is rather small, which means there is a max. number of ten people for one session. Contributions are welcome to cover the costs of the room booking, and there will be an opportunity to contribute if you wish after the event.
